Our purpose is to expand networks that include voices of historically marginalized people; to empower and transform lives through proactive systems of strength-based supports. Our mission is to engage in community networking, addressing systemic gaps that present barriers to individuals and communities.<\/p>\n

Organization Goals:<\/h4>\n

• Identify patterns of community needs from the perspective of marginalized groups & individuals<\/li>\n
• Develop or expand networks of support that are focused on empowerment and transformation of lives through proactive systems including job development, housing, transportation, etc.<\/li>\n
• Promote strength-based service delivery that includes the voices of historically marginalized people in developing systems of empowering services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
